2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping the product back.

Note: Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

  • Use a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.


4. Refunds
